1. Identify Type (Screening, Technical, Final) and Format.
2. Adjust preparation strategy accordingly.

Step 3: Prepare Answers

1. Elevator Pitch: Draft a 30s intro based on the Profile's "Professional Summary".
2. Why Us?: Connect Profile goals with Company mission.
3. Strengths: Select 3 key strengths from the Profile that match the job.
4. Weaknesses: Prepare a constructive answer based on "Development Areas".

Step 4: Stories & Examples

1. Select STAR stories from the Profile's "Career Trajectory" and "Signature Project".
2. Adapt them to likely questions (Problem-solving, Leadership, Technical).

Step 5: Questions & Logistics

1. Prepare 3-5 insightful questions for the interviewers.
2. Create a logistics checklist (Tech check, research interviewers).

Step 6: Create Plan

1. Create a preparation file using the template in references/templates.md.
2. Save to: /05-Interview-Prep/Company-Name/Interview-Prep.md.
