Zenless 프로젝트 개발 환경을 실행하는 스킬. 사용자가 "프로젝트 실행", "서버 시작", "개발 환경 시작" 등을 요청할 때 사용. PostgreSQL, 백엔드(Spring Boot), 프론트엔드(Vite) 서비스를 순차적으로 시작하고 상태를 확인함. (project)
