STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE

Apply prompt-architect constraint hygiene and confidence ceilings.
Keep structure-first artifacts updated for reuse.

Trigger Conditions

Positive: targeted questions, short investigations, or quick evidence pulls.
Negative: large orchestrations (deep-research-orchestrator) or pure brainstorming (rapid-idea-generator).

Guardrails

Capture constraints in HARD / SOFT / INFERRED buckets with sources.
Two-pass process: (1) collect/structure evidence; (2) epistemic validation and synthesis.
Cite sources, avoid overclaims, and state confidence ceilings.

Inputs

Research question and decision context.
Timebox, depth requirements, and output format.
Seed sources (if any) and exclusions.

Workflow
