version-bump

Manage semantic version updates for any project. Handles patch, minor, and major version increments following semantic versioning. Updates all version-tracked files (e.g., package.json, pyproject.toml, etc.). Creates git tags and GitHub releases. Auto-generates CHANGELOG.md from releases.
