Blackbox Flight Recorder

Zero-dependency telemetry plugin that captures file snapshots before modifications.

What It Captures

PreToolUse (Write/Edit/MultiEdit) - Snapshots file before modification
UserPromptSubmit - Logs user prompts
SessionStart - Logs session boundaries

Query Events
