How to

Determine the filename based on the date when report is requested and the topic
Format: YYYY-MM-DD_<topic>.md
For save location, if not specified, confirm whether to save in the project's designated documentation directory

Purpose

Transform research, analysis, and exploration results into reusable, structured reports.

When to Use

When the user requests "summarize this," "create a report," or "document this"
After a lengthy research or analysis conversation

Required Content in Reports

Links to source documents that support the research findings
Date of the investigation

Content to Exclude from Reports

Sensitive information from .env files or similar sources
Personally identifiable information (PII)
- Pay special attention in sample code
- When creating samples based on application code, mask sensitive words
