3. Avoid jargon unless necessary
4. Address the reader directly (you/your)
5. Lead with benefits, not features

## Do's and Don'ts

### Do
- Use the Oxford comma
- Capitalize product names (Acme Platform, Acme API)
- Include alt text for all images
- End CTAs with action verbs

### Don't
- Use exclamation points excessively
- Make promises we can't keep
- Use competitor names
- Include dates that will become outdated
